Our Story
Hazen Senior Solutions is a local family owned Agency dedicated to guiding all eligible Medicare citizens of North Carolina. Seniors and those under 65 on Medicare have been seeking out our assistance for over 6 years. As a Certified Senior Advisor, Jim and his team brings more skill sets to the table and provides guidance to Seniors needing help other than just Medicare.

The Founder, James Hazen, started working with seniors as a result of becoming a care giver for his spouse.
James Hazen successfully worked for one of the largest Medicare plan providers in the country.
James Hazen starts Hazen Senior Solutions LLC as business grows, bringing in more Agents and more Client support.

Earning the CSA certification requires individuals to pass a rigorous exam and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors.
