Will we be at the K&W Cafeteria this year?We will once again be back at the Kw Cafe in Burlington to hold our Client Meetings to discuss 2025 plan changes. We will also be available at our office and we currently plan to be in the Walmart on Garden Rd. in Burlington.

How can I find out about plan changes for next year?1. Your insurance company sends "Annual Notice of Change" booklet detailing changes near the end of September. 2. Attend one of our Client Group Meetings. 3. Call us. 4. Email or chat with us. 5. 1on1 meeting.

When can we discuss plan changes for upcoming year?You should receive an "Annual Notice of Change" booklet from your insurance company by the end of September and we can begin discussing those changes starting October 1st. It is against Medicare regulations to discuss changes before October 1st. Patience is a virtue.

Do I have to sign any new paperwork?Glad you asked! In most instances, if you are happy with your plan you do not need to do anything as your plan will automatically renew and roll over to next year. If you would like to review or ask any questions we are here. Don't hesitate to contact us.

When can I make a plan change?The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15th through December 7th. If you are new to Medicare you may have a different enrollment period, consult us. If you have a life change, like moving, you may also qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. If you are unsure don't hesitate to contact us!
