1. Your insurance company sends "Annual Notice of Change" booklet detailing changes near the end of September. 2. Attend one of our Client Group Meetings. 3. Call us. 4. Email or chat with us. 5. 1on1 meeting.

You should receive an "Annual Notice of Change" booklet from your insurance company by the end of September and we can begin discussing those changes starting October 1st. It is against Medicare regulations to discuss changes before October 1st. Patience is a virtue.

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15th through December 7th. If you are new to Medicare you may have a different enrollment period, consult us.
