Is the News Bad For Your Health?

Writer's picture: Ashby BernardinoAshby Bernardino

I know if you are like me, you wake up and read the news on your phone first thing in the morning. You may listen to news in the car on the way to work. You may get news alerts throughout the day on your watch or phone. You may have the tv playing news all day long in the background. It can be hard to escape the news cycle.
